The method Time-at-Level multidimensional determines online the time which several (max. three) different signals stay together at a certain level. That way up to three analogue values can statistically be correlated to each other. Several TALnD evaluations can concurrently be carried out with different selectable source channels. Furthermore, TALnD can be combined with the methods RF+TM+TAL and SQTMS.
Varianten von Time at Level multidimensional
- TAL1D ( e.g. as TAL-addition for SQTMS)
- TAL2S 2-dimensional 64×64 result matrix
- TAL3D 3-dimensional 64x64xN result matrix
Options
With this additional option for the TALnD method the time counting can additionally be switched on and off through an external digital input. The digital input is freely selectable for each TALnD dimension.
Trigger für TALnD
With this additional option for the TALnD method instead of counting the time, the number of transition edges is counted at an external digital input. This option is preferably used for testing gear drives. As for the Digital Gate option, the digital input is freely selectable for each TALnD dimension.
Typical Applications and Properties
General statistical tasks to determine the duration related signals have a definite level. For example, the Time at Level of vehicle parameters as temperature, motor speed and torque can be stored in a matrix and so correlated with each other. By using a digital input as counter, this method is suitable for gear boxes analyses.
